Below is a MORTGAGE AMORTIZATION CALCULATOR.  The calculations are accurate, but mistakes are possible. This program is for information purposes only.  Input your figures and the loaded information will change to the information you entered.

Enter PURCHASE PRICE under Total Asset/Purchase Price. If there is NO DOWN PAYMENT enter 0. Enter your MONTHLY PAYMENT and the interest rate.Under the START DATE you can enter the starting date or use the CALENDAR just to the right.

On each side of the above information is a drop down box that can be use to change the amounts or the information can be typed. 

When satisfied all the information has been entered press the enter button and scroll to the bottom of the page and view the information as you scroll.  There is a tiny button at the top of the Amortization to scroll to see all the information.

Use CONTROL P to print the AMORTIZATION.
